The family left many monuments in the local churches which can be seen here. The Villages of Dolton, Dowland and Iddesleigh
Sir John Le White de Stouford is particularly difficult to place. His name and locations(he had property in Dowland) would suggest he is related to the Stofford/Stafford/Kellaways. However some of his other property might suggest he descends from the Kayle family of Humphrey de Kayle. I have placed him beside this tree without definite attachment until more evidence can be found.
